Froth Softboard Series

Froth Shortboard (5' - 5' 6"): Best for beginners, rippers and wake surfers! The light, yet durable construction makes it super user friendly and fun for all.

Froth Funboard (7' 0" - 8' 0"): These wave catching machines are a super stable and great for all riders. The 3 templates cover the full gamut and cater to all shapes and sizes. The light, yet durable construction makes it super user friendly and fun for all abilities. The soft EVA outer skin, wraps a fully glassed EPS foam core, to give great performance to a soft top board.

Froth Longboard (9'0"): The Froth longboard is great for larger paddlers, style-masters, and tandem rides at your local surf break. This is also the easiest learning size for all beginners and is fun in any water destination. Our family and friends have used these in pools, lakes, rivers and oceans, and always return with smiles on their faces.

We're not just another foam board, We're a Froth! Froth is not to be confused with a Storm Bandit, Catch Wave or Liquid Beater boogie board things. The Froths start out as a rigid epoxy boards with a real maple stringer in the center and a resin hot-coat wrapped with a premium soft HDPE outer skin. The high impact areas of the nose and tail are built with a high density EVA on the nose and tail block for extra safety and durability. Froths also come with real Future fin boxes and fins. Not pull through rubber fins. So whether your just starting out or want to charge your local shore break, we have all your sizes covered.

How to Choose the Best Board

The choice of surfboard size depends on a couple of factors. The first is ability and the second is time in the water. In general, the bigger the board is, the better it will be to catch waves on. A novice surfer will need a larger board than a more skilled surfer. A surfer who only surfs occasionally will need a bigger board than one who surfs regularly. A board that is too small will hold back a surfers' improvement and probably result in frustration.
